About the Role As a Talent Partner , you'll oversee a Talent Acquisition portfolio while contributing to broader talent initiatives that support our long-term business strategy. Your work will be central to building the foundations of a truly integrated talent function.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end TA activities for a defined portfolio, ensuring we attract and engage top talent. Succession Planning: Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Internal Career Programs: Develop strategies that enable our employees to navigate and grow their careers within the organisation. Internal Capability: Build initiatives that upskill our workforce, aligning talent development with business needs. Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding (EB): Help tell our story, creating a compelling EVP and employer brand that attracts and retains exceptional talent. About You We're seeking individuals who thrive in dynamic and complex environments, are passionate about transformation, and bring creativity and purpose to their work.
To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partnering with a focus on strategic initiatives. A strong understanding of talent practices, including workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession management. A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in designing and delivering innovative programs in areas like early careers, career pathways, or capability development.
