About Us:

De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Planner/Site Administrator to join our team in Mackay.
About the Role:
As the Workforce Planner/Site Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of workforce schedules and site operations. Your role will include ensuring efficient rostering, supporting daily operations, and facilitating smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish employee rosters in alignment with business needs and site requirements. Ensure effective allocation of employee resources to meet operational demands.
Lead workforce planning efforts, including forecasting, scheduling frameworks, and reporting. Act as the central point of contact for any rostering matters and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Provide support to Recruitment and Training coordinator when necessary to ensure workforce is site compliant.
Process daily timesheets for payroll, ensuring accuracy.
Manage and process employee status changes and ensure all records are updated accordingly.
Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc site administrative tasks.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Proven experience as a Workforce Planner, Rosterer, or Scheduler with a strong understanding of rostering processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience managing complex data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and clients.
Experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
