An exciting opportunity for a Lead Workforce Planner to join our operations team in Rivervale to oversee a team of five workforce planners.12th November, 2024We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner Manager to join our energetic, fast-paced, and highly motivated team.About the role:Perth based at our Rivervale office, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there's always something happening at Breight Group.You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Oversee the allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles, and equipment for shutdown and project worksMaintain schedules, personnel rosters, and crew databaseManage a team of 5 workforce planners across our key clientsManage estimates/quotes as per client requestsTrack and report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisAd hoc support tasks as directed by the Senior Contract CoordinatorAbout You:Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role or similar within the Mining and Resource industry.Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and managing a teamIndustry knowledge with an understanding of maintenance and shutdown works for FMG, Rio Tinto, and Roy HillStrong computer literacy and general administration skills across MicrosoftStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailTeam player and capable of working autonomouslyAbility to work effectively under pressureBenefits of working with Breight Group:Opportunity to join an innovative and well-established companyCollaborative working cultureMentoring and training opportunitiesGreat work/life balanceHealth benefit discountsAbout us:Breight Group is a leading maintenance and shutdown business.
