You'll be responsible for Developing and maintaining accurate workforce forecasting models to anticipate future staffing needs and trends with a focus on internal and external dispute resolution complaints. Monitoring and evaluating workforce metrics to track performance and efficiency of workforce strategies. Providing strategic recommendations based on data to support decision making including using assumptions for scenario modelling complaints. Collaborating with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organisational goals. Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors to support workforce sourcing efforts. About you Extensive experience in workforce forecasting and data visualisation tools. Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies and processes Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
