About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Workforce Management Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency across our services. In this role, you will collaborate with the Rostering Manager to identify and implement workforce planning improvements. By building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting service managers, you will ensure compliant and efficient staff scheduling. Your contributions will play a key role in driving strategic objectives, supporting change initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement in workforce management. Please note: This is a Fixed-Term 12 month contract. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Create and optimize schedules that maximize productivity using Workforce Planning systems like Workday.Support Service Managers in meeting compliance and efficiency targets through effective scheduling.Assist in achieving strategic roster management and configuration objectives.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.Partner with P&C to ensure equitable distribution of rostered work.Identify opportunities for improvement in workforce management processes.Support change management activities, focusing on enhancing the employee experience. Key Experience, Knowledge & Certifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce planning within a similar role.Proven experience in change management, particularly in human services.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work across all management levels.Strong organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with systems and technology used in workforce management.Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card (or eligibility to obtain) & current, valid Australian Work Rights.
