Reference number 64-2024 Job type: Temporary full-time Package: $96,643 - $108,139 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience Based at the Port Fairy Community Services Centre Monthly RDO Join the Moyne Shire Council early years team in the newly developed role of Workforce Development Advisor. In this role, you will leverage a comprehensive understanding of early years services to drive system improvements and enhance management practices. This role will focus on implementing quality and compliance enhancements, ensuring that all programs meet regulatory standards and best practices.
To be successful in this role you will need Qualifications Tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in community services, health field or equivalent. Current employee working with children check. Current driver licence. Experience Knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, NDIS, and the program for young people. Local government knowledge (desirable). Key selection criteria Demonstrated experience in workforce development and transformation including planning and analysing workforce structures, staff agreements, and contracts to identify gaps and optimise service delivery. Familiarity with the National Quality Standards and experience conducting audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Experience collecting, analysing, and reporting workforce performance data to inform strategies with the ability to prepare and present reports on key metrics, trends, and outcomes for continuous service improvement. Evidence of promoting a culture of continuous improvement within teams or services. Applications that fail to address the above key selection criteria will not be considered for this position.
