About the Opportunity ASC is committed to continuously enhancing our organisational capabilities, particularly in supporting Submarine Build and Sustainment programs of work. We are seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to join our team in Osborne SA!
Responsibilities Development and implementation of key P&C processes, frameworks and tools. Leverage P&C resources across the business to support program readiness planning, including through aligning activities with the organisation/program Strategy to assist in meeting any relevant contractual deliverables. Develop frameworks for decision making and governance arrangements to empower teams to make informed decisions, ensure compliance, accountability and clear structure for decision making. Support the facilitation and management of program P&C needs, utilising data to identify and prioritise risks and leveraging P&C resources to execute programmatic outcomes. Contribute to the programs organisational design planning, ensuring it is aligned to the operating model and leveraging P&C expertise to develop efficient and effective structures. Effective and on time delivery of services across P&C. Provide leadership to your team, ensuring team members are provided with direction and attainable yet challenging performance targets. Effectively manage, track and report budget. Provide specialised advice ensuring programmatic needs are considered and where possible met. This role is expected to require periodic domestic and international travel. About you Tertiary qualification in Business, HR or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience, (including at least 2 years' experience in a large complex organisation). Significant P&C experience in a rapid growth or start-up phase. Demonstrated leadership/people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and prior experience in Defence Industry is highly desirable. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
