To Be Considered Proven experience working with budgets and costs. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Eager for a new challenge and a hands-on approach. A strong understanding of the sequence of service. Full ability to work a rotating day roster, including weekends with the occasional night for an event. A great ability to lead, train, and mentor a young team. Bar/Cocktail experience is highly regarded. Above all, a professional and passionate approach to the role.
