They are certified by TGA, HACCP, ISO, and HALAL.
Job Description Reporting to the COO, this role oversees 15 production lines and manages 44-50 staff, including mostly casuals and approximately 7 team leaders.
You will be responsible for achieving 98% DIFOT, maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Staff management - upskilling, rostering, coachingWorking with maintenance to ensure OOEProviding technical support as requiredDriving a strong safety cultureAdhering to strict GMPThe Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a pharmaceutical / TGA-listed medicine production environment.
