Programmed have an opportunity for a Branch Controller with one of our national clients in the Coffs Harbour area.

About The Role
Working with a National company and leader in the Insulation/Plasterboard space.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager.
Responsible for managing stock fulfilment.
Manage a high volume of emails and customer conversations.
Operate a Forklift as needed.
Essential Skills / Experience For This Position
Demonstrated administration experience.
Experience operating a Forklift.
A strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
Demonstrated experience with telephone orders and customer enquiries.
Previous data entry experience.
An exceptional eye for detail.
Previous Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
Current references.
