The Role
Reporting to the Preconstruction Customer Experience Manager, you will evolve the Workflow function with a strategic approach to improve and achieve budgeted starts targets. You will also inspire and enhance the team to deliver excellent service to our stakeholders and customers.
Other key responsibilities include:
Regularly review preconstruction timeframes and efficiencies, identifying trends and offering proactive solutions
Conduct assessments of workflow applications for insights, development and process improvement
Achieve KPIs on workflow timelines and customer satisfaction
Lead and support a customer-centric culture and focus the team on achieving optimal results in workflow processes
Collaboration with internal stakeholders across Operations, Construction, and Victoria businesses to align systems and processes
Document and address present and future risks associated with workflow processes
Support the Preconstruction CX Manager in executing workflow strategy, ensuring efficient and effective processes

Leadership capabilities and able to motivate, manage and provide clear direction
Sound knowledge and understanding of residential preconstruction processes
Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with reporting and effectively presenting data and trends
Customer-centric and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Ability to effectively problem solve and influence optimal outcomes
Demonstrated business acumen and project management experience
