Border Express is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Workflow Analyst to join our team at either the Albury or Tullamarine Branch.
In this role, reporting to the Workflow Efficiency Manager, you will support various efficiency projects aimed at meeting business needs while reducing manual effort and improving process efficiency.
You will gather business and technical requirements, guide business units, and document complex processes.
By leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, you will design, develop, test, maintain, and support automated solutions to enhance our business systems.

Duties:
Design, develop, test, and maintain workflows and forms, primarily using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Facilitate and lead user acceptance testing.
Serve as a key advisor or project manager on workflow efficiency projects.
Recommend and define software requirements to automate tasks and implement modern best-practice solutions.
Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and train staff in departments where workflows are being optimized in the use of new tools and processes.
Create detailed documentation for new and existing business processes, including user-friendly guides, process maps, and technical documentation.
Provide support to internal customers, analyse reported workflow or intranet issues, and collaborate with the ICT team to resolve issues.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Workflow Analyst or in a similar role, and/or tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of delivering quality results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders to understand business processes and capture technical requirements for efficiency projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with the ICT team to resolve issues using critical thinking.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine interest in improving Border Express's systems.
