About the role: We are currently looking for a Workers Compensation Payment Specialist to join our Injury Central team. Based in our national support office in Burnley, Melbourne this role leads the preparation and management of workers' compensation payment data for Australia and New Zealand.
What's involved: Accurate management of payment data Governance of earnings data Working closely with our payroll team and our insurance partners Answering Bunnings site leader and team member queries and insurance company queries Who we're looking for: You will have advanced excel abilities and a commerce skillset. We are also open to a recent university graduate who has exceptional financial management and analytical skills and a desire to learn in this injury management space!
You'll need: Degree qualified in commerce, economics, analytics or similar. You are technically savvy and enjoy learning new technology – this role will see you using Excel daily as well as regular exposure to our Bunnings Time and Attendance systems for our team members Critical to the success of this role is your exceptional accuracy, time management, your fantastic attention to detail, your ability to problem solve, your customer service focus and your communication skills (verbal and written) We're here to support you.
