This position involves administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service to injured employees and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesClaims Processing:Assist in processing and management of workers' compensation claims.Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.Communication:Communicate effectively with customers, medical and service providers.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims in the claims management system.Customer Service:Liaise effectively with medical service providers and injured workers when making and rescheduling medical appointments.Provide timely responses to enquiries about claim status and processes.Compliance:Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with federal and state regulations.Assist in audits and compliance reviews as needed.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the claims management team to support overall claims operations.Participate in training sessions and team meetings.Key Skills & ExperienceEducation:Higher School Certificate or above.Experience:Previous experience in workers' compensation claims management or a related field is a plus.Familiarity with insurance processes and regulations is beneficial.Skills:Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes:Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong customer service orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
