About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a HRIS Systems Officer (Workday) to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
In this position, you will:
Provide Workday support and guidance (noting, Workday experience is not essential as we are happy to train the right individual) Develop an understanding of the business, including the linkages with Sime Darby Develop and manage strong partnerships with the People Function to deliver valuable, effective and timely support to the business Perform business process reviews, make recommendations on business process improvements Ensure shared information portal is maintained and material up to date Create and/or review manuals, procedures and related user documentation ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience System testing, test and provide feedback within delivery timeframes Support the People Function in driving system optimisation to meet workforce requirements Work closely with stakeholders to improve general system knowledge Liaison with Workday core team in Malaysia Using a range of sources to conduct data integrity checks on an as needs basis Assist regular audits on comparative systems e.g. iChris and Workday Why Hastings Deering?
