As a Consultant working in our Continuous Value Services Group, you will work with a variety of customers, diving into post production support and continuous improvement opportunities with Workday HCM.
Additionally, you must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuring the product to meet the business requirements and design specifications.Responsibilities:Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM support and enhancements for a variety of customer engagements including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and small enhancements.Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers.Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, as well as touch points with Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and future product direction.Mentor other consultants; actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.Skills & Qualifications:Workday experience as part of a customer team or deployment team required.Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions.Passion for exceptional customer service.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
