About the Role We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant/Administrator to support our recruitment and administrative functions. You'll play a vital role in delivering excellent service to candidates and clients while contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities Candidate Management: Call and vet candidates based on applications, ensuring a strong match for roles. Onboarding: Prepare inductions and onboarding documentation for new candidates. Timesheet Coordination: Liaise with clients to process weekly timesheets accurately. Payroll Processing: Manage weekly payroll for candidates with precision. Client Invoicing: Process and send weekly invoices to clients. Data Entry: Maintain and update records with care and accuracy. Proposals: Draft and send professional proposals to clients. Team Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings to share updates and insights. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience in recruitment, administration, or payroll processing (preferred but not essential). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
