Ensuring our Inclusion and Diversity targets are front of mind across all initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesWorking closely with supervisors, leaders, and managers in the WAIO business to identify suitable roles and pathways for Indigenous and Traditional Owner candidates, program graduates, apprenticeships, and School Based Trainees.Development of, or engaging with, any other relevant programs to identify relevant pathway candidates.Managing the journey of candidates into and through the pathways to ensure retention and engagement by relevant stakeholders.Assist in the supervision of the School Based Trainee Program in conjunction with Newman Senior High School.Aid in the facilitation of key events that support employment pathways and that elevate the recognition of Indigenous days of importance.Deliver data and insights on employment pathway activities.Manage the recruitment and onboarding of all successful candidates.About YouFamiliarity and understanding of the BHP Social Value purpose and Inclusion & Diversity strategy.Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.Ability to recognise where value can be added and have the organisational and influencing skills to deliver against commitments.Experience mentoring, coaching team members under your direct supervision.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders ranging from graduates/trainees and team members to senior business leaders.High level of experience in stakeholder engagement both externally and internally, with a proven track record.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
