As the WHS Officer you will partner with and support the Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to drive continuous improvement in safety and wellbeing performance which will promote a work environment that allows all workers to thrive.
The position primarily provides administrative support and coordination across Junction's safety management system, focusing on compliance, procedures, and risk management across the organisation. The WHS Officer also actively contributes to safety initiatives, performance improvement, documentation of procedures, and fostering a positive culture.
About You: You will be a self-motivated individual who:
