Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Overseeing the Hotel's training needsAssessing, developing and delivering training programs with a particular focus on Sofitel brand, service delivery and compliancePerforming needs analysis to identify training needs related to all the levels of the organisationFostering a learning environment and culture within the hotelProviding on-going support to the leadership team on training related matters, policies and proceduresPreparing regular training reportsManage financial and administration processes for training activitiesMaintaining record systemsDriving continuous improvement initiatives of hotel operations, systems and methodologiesResponsible for the management, implementation and adherence of management systems effectively within the hotel in relation (but not limited to) risk management, compliance, work health & safety, sustainabilityQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essentialExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritise work in an environment with multiple interestsConfidence in training facilitationReturn to Work Coordinator accreditation highly desirableWork, Health & Safety operating knowledge and experienceCompetency using a variety of computer softwarePrevious hospitality or customer service experience is an asset. Hotel operations experience would be a distinct advantageProven experience in a similar role essentialAdditional Information
