Help us with customer support on a large WordPress multisite. Do you have extensive WordPress customer support experience including:
set up & maintenance of individual sites on a WordPress multisite helping users learn how to use WordPress effectively. To get the job, you need to do: 1. Submit examples of your previous WordPress customer support experience.
2. Pass an interview via Skype - you must be available via Skype voice (not chat only) some time during our business hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm UTC +10 Monday to Friday.
3. Complete a short paid trail where we can see your WordPress customer support skills in action.
NOTES: 1. We are a team of WP Designers & Developers looking for skilled person to help us on this project.
2. If you are not skilled with significant experience in this sort of work, we are likely to quickly reject your application.
Other important requirements to note of before applying: 1. We need you to work around 10 - 20 hours per week
2. You must have good English communication skills - both written and verbal
3. You must have reliable high speed internet connection
4. You must be an independent freelancer ( we delete all applications from Agency Contractors without reading them ).
Regular ongoing work for reliable contractors.
