Role Overview
We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer with strong Customer Experience (CX) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will create dynamic, engaging, and user-friendly websites that enhance our digital presence and provide exceptional experiences for our members and clients. This role is crucial in driving our online strategy and supporting our mission to educate and empower payroll professionals across Australia.
Schedule Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time)
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability
Implement and manage API integrations, particularly with HubSpot
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create websites aligned with our brand identity and user expectations
Implement custom functionalities using WordPress plugins and themes
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions
Monitor website analytics and implement data-driven optimizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement enhancements
Maintain high code quality and compliance with industry standards
Apply CX principles to improve user engagement and satisfaction
RequirementsProven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolioExperience in managing e-commerce sites using WordPress pluginsStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practicesFamiliarity with SEO principles and optimization techniquesKnowledge of customer experience (CX) strategies and toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)Understanding of payroll systems and processes is a plusKey Attributes: Passionate about creating exceptional digital experiencesCustomer-focused with a keen eye for user needsInnovative thinker with a drive for continuous improvementDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAdaptable and quick to learn new technologies and industry-specific concepts
