This vacancy is for 0.2 EFT.
Instruct oboe and bassoon in group and individual classes.Piano accompaniment skills are an advantage but not a requirement.Instruct and demonstrate on all double reed instruments at all levels and be versed in various music styles.Demonstrate high competency in teaching instruments in groups.Direct a small woodwind ensemble and/or assist with concert bands as needed.Coordinate the allocation of students to classes and oversee relevant equipment maintenance.Attendance at concerts and rehearsals outside school is expected.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of an Instrumental Music instructor may include but are not limited to:
