Job DescriptionWe are looking for Woodmill Operator to join our Mill Department on a permanent shiftwork contract. This position is a shift-based role on 2-night, 2-day, 4 off rotation. You will be in regular contact with a diverse range of customers as you support the unloading of log trucks throughout your shift. As well as providing excellent customer service you are in charge of the safe and efficient unloading of log trucks and ensuring the log yard is kept organised and safe. Part of this role also involves operating the Woodmill and throughout the course of your day shifts you will swap with the Woodmill operator allowing you to develop a diverse set of skills. Our operators also actively participate in shutdowns and knife changes alongside our maintenance department.
