The ROLE
As a Mechanic at Hazell Bros, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Conducting mechanical preventive maintenance & repairs to internal / external assets which includes servicing and breakdowns in a timely manner. Troubleshooting and diagnosing of mechanical problems and testing of completed repairs. Working unsupervised and as part of a small team collaborating with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholders. About YOU
Current Driver's Licence. Trade Qualified in either Light Vehicles, Forklifts or Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic. Strong background servicing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts, trucks or heavy machinery. Forklift Licence and other heavy vehicle experience would be advantageous.
