Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions within the CargoWise platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture. Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing performance and user experience. Our Development Team Working in a continuous delivery and automated deployment environment, we ship 3500 upgrades a week. We practice Test Driven Development and place quality at the core of our engineering practice.
