We currently have an opportunity for multiple full-time Tilers to join our In-House trades team and work with us on our South Australian Housing Trust contract.
We are looking for a motivated Tiler to join our team in Adelaide. You will perform routine tiling and grouting maintenance for the South Australian Housing Trust's In-House Trades Team. This role requires skilled trade work to meet high stakeholder standards while ensuring a safe environment for colleagues, tenants, and the public. Success relies on proactive communication with internal stakeholders and achieving outcomes aligned with scheduled key performance indicators.
Key duties also involve: Ensuring high standards of workmanship are maintained and that quality standards pertaining to trades services are met.Ensuring all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standards.Planning and scheduling own work to meet required timelines and outputs.Following policies and procedures as relevant to the scope of the role and general employment.What We Offer: Full-time roles – Working between 6am-6pm Mon-Friday.Fully fitted out Work Van, for the duration of the contract with a fuel card.One year contract with possibilities of extensions.A dynamic team environment and supportive culture, with a strong focus on health & safety.About You: Demonstrated experience in the tiling trade required.5 years' experience in a maintenance-related position as a qualified tradesperson.Current South Australian Tiling Accreditation.Current White Card.Current First Aid Certificate (preferred).Unrestricted Driver's License.About Us: Downer is made up of more than 33,000 people who are all different.
