Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the hospitality team during functions and events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all guestsCoordinate and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special celebrationsWork closely with the Events Manager and Head Chef to ensure all client expectations are met and exceededSupervise the day-to-day operations of the Serafino RestaurantTrain, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environmentMonitor and maintain service standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detailHandle any guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfactionAssist in developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospitality teamContribute to the ongoing success of Serafino by driving the calendar of events Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industryStrong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfactionAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysA keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standardsRSA certification is requiredResponsible Person Badge is desirable What We Offer: Negotiable salary based on relevant experience and qualifications An opportunity to work in one of McLaren Vale's premium wineries A supportive and experienced team environmentStaff discounts on Serafino wines How to Apply: If you are a motivated and enthusiastic leader with a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
