This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and Management Complete the Apprenticeship within 2-3 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: eg.
you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification.
Willing to stay employed after you have completed your Apprenticeship.
