ROLE PURPOSE Our Business Development Manager, Managed Print Services (MPS) is responsible for achieving individual as well as team sales goals. As part of our Managed Print Services division, you will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct customer meetings with key decision makers and influencers, develop industry relevant solutions to present to potential customers, negotiate deals, and onboard new customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by hunting externally for new accounts and transition these won accounts into the business, whilst maintaining machine base through customer retention. Manage product selection and rationalisation for new accounts. Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisation. Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions. Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity from lead generation to customer implementation. WHAT WE LOOK FOR B2B experience and industry knowledge. Record of success in achieving targets. Successful client management skills. Understanding and ability to articulate the Winc "Single Source" Vision to create opportunity. Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Advanced consultative selling skills. Intermediate financial acumen. Strong teamwork skills.
