Our client is seeking a senior lawyer either at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with experience in Succession Law. Your workload will include a mix of estate litigation, trusts, and elder law issues as well as general private client work. You will also work with and mentor the junior members in the team, developing their expertise in the area and file management.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team recognised as a Doyle's Guide Tier 1 firm for Wills and Estates. The team is well organised with established processes in place to ensure high-quality work is delivered and appropriate training and support is provided for all lawyers. Team's work includes a mix of estate litigation, planning and administration as well as wills and trusts and elder law.
Easy parking as not CBD, national work with private clients. Not encouraged to work weekends or evenings as the firm embraces work/life balance.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this Wills & Estates role will have:
