You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:
family provision claims, contested grants, general equity litigation, protective list matters and judicial advice applicationsapplying for both simple and complex grantsadvising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of estatesassisting the Director with Court-appointed independent administrator appointmentsYou will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while being supported and mentored by the Director.
