Conditsis Lawyers is an award-winning, full-service law firm with offices in Newcastle and Gosford and satellite offices in Wollongong and Sydney.We are growing and an exciting opportunity has now become available at our Newcastle office for a Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our specialist team.
Travel to our Gosford office two days per week required.About youThe ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:Current practicing certificate;2 + years post-admission experience;Have knowledge and experience in and/or a desire to learn and practice succession law;Be committed to working in a team environment;Have a commitment to build a strong professional reputation within the business and legal community;An empathetic approach to clients;Be organised with strong file management skills;Ability to work well in a team environment.The role will involve all aspects of Wills & Estates including estate planning, asset protection and structuring, estate administration.
The work will be varied and challenging due to the dynamic nature of the practice and the client base.What is on offerAn industry leading bonus structure in which the candidate will receive payment of 50% of all fees paid above their budget.
