You will join a team of experienced wills & estates lawyers.Their busy Wills & Estates team is expanding and they have an exciting opportunity to employ an additional solicitor on a full-time basis to join the team.The role will involve you working with their sizeable team of experienced succession lawyers on all things Wills & Estates such as wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship, estate litigation and Probate and Letters of Administration.You will advise clients predominantly in Estate Planning matters, which will include:Seeing clients at their officeDrafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Enduring Guardian;Advising clients on preparation of Testamentary Trust Wills;Experience highly regarded (but not essential) – reviewing companies, trusts, business structures and self-managed superannuation funds for Estate Planning purposes.They are a friendly and long-established law firm located conveniently near public transport in Sydney's south.
