You will need to be experienced in:

Drafting complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and binding death benefit nominationsEstate planning and farm succession planningPart IV / TFM litigationEstate planning presentations
If you have a solid career history and are at, or approaching, SA level with demonstrated complex will drafting experience, this is the perfect role for you.
