Position Overview:

The firm is seeking experienced and talented Wills and Estates lawyers to take up a coveted role in the team at SA/SC Level.
This team is led by experts and Accredited Specialists in the field, who have many awards and accolades.

Responsibilities:
You will need to be experienced in:

Drafting complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and binding death benefit nominationsEstate planning and farm succession planningPart IV / TFM litigationEstate planning presentationsIf you have a solid career history and are at, or approaching, SA level with demonstrated complex will drafting experience, this is the perfect role for you.
