Position Overview:

The firm is seeking experienced and talented Wills and Estates lawyers to take up a coveted role in the team at SA/SC Level.
This team is led by experts and Accredited Specialists in the field, who have many awards and accolades. Ample support and guidance, as well as excellent resources, are offered as part of this role, along with a team of dedicated lawyers at various stages of their careers.
Responsibilities:
You will need to be experienced in:

Drafting complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and binding death benefit nominationsEstate planning and farm succession planningPart IV / TFM litigationEstate planning presentationsIf you have a solid career history and are at, or approaching, SA level with demonstrated complex will drafting experience, this is the perfect role for you.
