Insurance Claims ManagerYour new companyOur client is a leading Brokerage, who specialises in placing insurance risks across domestic & commercial businesses. The primary objective of the role is to manage your own portfolio of claims from lodgement to completion and provide an excellent level of service to the customer.Your new roleAs a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing clients' claims from start through to settlement with the aim of obtaining a fair and reasonable outcome.Working alongside brokers in supporting their clients in their time of need.Communicating effectively with insurers in relation to claims and determining coverage and negotiating settlements.Providing a timely and efficient service for your clients.Entering detailed notes on Winbeat for all claims.Mentoring and training team members in the claims department.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed as a Claims Manager, you will have:Previous claims experience as an insurer or broker across commercial lines.Tier 1 Insurance Broking (preferred)Exceptional customer service skills and excellent time/portfolio management skills.Exposure to Sunrise and Winbeat software (Desirable)What you'll get in returnYou will receive a leading salary as well as the opportunity to work in a professional environment.
