Job Description Show a genuine interest in Wills & Estates mattersCollaborate effectively within a team environmentDraft estate planning documentsPrepare court documents and evidenceDraft deeds of settlement and releaseConduct research efficiently with a strong analytical mindsetCommunicate effectively and build strong client relationshipsManage client needs and expectations with empathyPerform well under pressure and handle conflicting prioritiesTake a proactive approach to managing their caseloadThe Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate planning, drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, with additional experience in Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate distribution.
Knowledge of estate litigation, including family provision claims, would be highly advantageous.

Ideally upwards of 2-years PQE, with prior expertise in a wills and estates practice.

Able to showcase a collaborative, professional and diligent style and who is passionate about doing great work for their clients and gaining successful outcomes.
