Exercising the powers conferred on Investigators under Part IIIA of the Civil Aviation Act 1988 and take such action as is necessary to enable the Authority to fulfil its regulatory functions under section 9(1)(a) of the ActUnder limited direction, investigating to finality, alleged breaches of aviation and related legislation and make appropriate recommendationsPreparing and presenting detailed Briefs of Evidence, infringement notices and reportsLiaising with officers of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and other legal representatives of the AuthorityRepresenting the Authority in Court and Tribunal proceedings and give evidence as requiredLiaising with other Government bodies and law enforcement agencies as requiredProviding guidance and assistance to assistant investigators and engaging in other duties as directed by the Section ManagerWorks supportively and cooperatively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to achieve shared outcomesEngages with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees in a sensitive, respectful, and equitable mannerPromoting workplace safety, equity and diversity and participative management and environmental management practices in the workplace and act in accordance with CASA Values and Behaviours#J-18808-Ljbffr
