We are on the search for a customer-focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Service Coordinator within our Burnie branch.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this challenging front-line position will suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team.
Ideally, you will have a mechanical trade background, as you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians.

What your typical day will look like:
Booking and scheduling work in progress Providing clear, accurate, and timely information for new machine build-ups Quotations following inspection work Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear and correct Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions ABOUT YOU
Utilising your mechanical knowledge, you pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:
Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously Operational experience within the heavy machinery industry A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures Why work for us?
