The Role Monford Group are looking for WHSE Advisors and Senior WHSE Advisors to support our projects in WA and East Coast. This opportunity will be a FIFO, currently a 3/1 roster with Perth as the point of hire. It is an exciting time for MFG and an opportunity for you to join various renewables projects located across Australia.Some of the key functions will include;
Support the Corporate WHSE Manager and Project WHSE Manager to identify any gap in systems and proceduresFacilitate project risk assessments and reviewsPassionate about positive change, behavioural safety, and safety differentlyTake ownership of site suite of WHSE documentationEnsure incidents and injuries are fully investigated and provide recommendations to prevent recurrenceInterpret safety data, identifying trends and take a proactive approach to solving any issuesBe a strong influencer and communicator, building capacity within the site operational leaders to enable them to foster the desired safety cultureAs a Senior, provide guidance and support to WHSE AdvisorsBe highly visible on site, prioritising interactions / observations to engage our employees and contractors in Monford safety programsEnsure safe project deliveryAbout You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
