About the Role As an HR Advisor, you will manage diverse responsibilities that range from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and wellbeing programs.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR functions and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and awards.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment activitiesCoordinate onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new employees have a smooth startMaintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processingProvide advice and support to managers on employee relations, performance, and compliance with HR policiesOrganise health and wellbeing initiatives and foster an engaging work cultureAssist in learning and development programs and maintain compliance with relevant awardsCoordinate offboarding processes and gather feedback to drive continuous improvementDevelop and implement employee events and social calendarsWhat We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong understanding of employee assistance programs and workplace complianceProficiency in MS Office applicationsQualifications in Human Resources (Desirable)Experience in the hospitality industry (Desirable)Our ESG statement The G'day Group acknowledges the increasing global expectation to demonstrate our approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risk factors and sustainability in our daily operations and ongoing decision making.
