Position Available: Full Time WHS & Return to Work Advisor

We seek a capable and experienced WHS professional to join our WHS department in this rewarding and diverse full-time role.
This position will be ideally, yet not necessarily based in Bendigo and regular travel will be a requirement, providing WHS support to over 80 Mawsons' sites across regional Victoria and Southern NSW.
Under the guidance of the WHS Compliance & Wellbeing Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of duties.
Duties Include:
Develop and maintain compliance legislation documentation Maintain and improve Mawsons' WHS Management System Facilitate and monitor Mawsons' wellbeing programs Provide support to Mawsons' injury management system Provide assistance to the WHS, Compliance and Wellbeing Manager Criteria:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly professional manner A Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety preferred Strong knowledge interpreting legislation and a sound understanding of workplace injury management A positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision Total commitment to work safety and quality Ability to self-manage time This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a successful company with a history of stability and a culture of workplace safety, innovation and quality.
