We offer an exciting work environment and we work with some major businesses as clients across Australia. The position of Recruitment Consultant is full-time with annual remuneration of $80,000 to $120,000 on offer (negotiable depending on skills) plus superannuation.
Responsibilities:
Taking job briefs from clientsCreating advertising material specific to the roleLiaising with candidates and clientsShort listing and interviewing candidatesPerform reference checksBusiness development via client and candidate generationMarketing to prospective clientsMaintaining strong relationships & rapport with existing clientsResponsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readinessManaging and updating of internal databaseDeveloping and managing your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidatesProviding candidate quality advice on jobs and careersProviding recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clientsNegotiating successful outcomes for both candidates and clients
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of two years' recruitment related experienceAbility to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team membersExperience working in agency or large internal recruitment settingWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detailUnderstanding of human nature and ability to match the needs and wants of both clients' and candidates'Add your cover letter for supporting information here.Upload a CV
