You will play a pivotal role in the team providing support across a range of activities such as implementing key initiatives in the annual WHS & Mental Health Plan, implementing WHS programs and wellbeing initiatives, auditing workplace risks and hazards and partnering with key stakeholders to understand WHS challenges.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure WHS legislative compliance for the business across all states and territories in which AustralianSuper operates in AustraliaManage administration, reporting and data insightsSupport the development of standards, policies and procedures, and supporting systems ensuring all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements are metBe the WHS SME and direct contact point for all enquiriesCoordinate WHS Committee meetings and Mental Health First Aider training and support meetings ensuring all actions are tracked through to closureAssist with the development, planning and delivery of WHS training and inductionAssist with the return to work program and early intervention strategiesSupport in the development and implementation of mental health and wellbeing programs, Workplace Inspection program and emergency management processes.Coordinate and conduct ergonomic assessmentsWhat You'll NeedCert IV in Work, Health & SafetyDemonstrated WHS experience.
