In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals and the resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Your duties will include:
Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants;Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;Completing assessments using your clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments.We welcome new graduates to apply! QualificationsYou'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualities:
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy;Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA plus SIRA Accreditation;Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded;Excellent communication skills;Compassion and kindness;Well-developed time management skills;A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.Additional InformationEvery day, we seek better together for our clients, customers, community and each other.
