Job Description Coordinate, implement and maintain WHS initiatives and systems. Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections. Provide WHS training to staff. Investigate safety incidents and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain WHS reporting systems. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Develop and foster a safety culture within the organisation. Support management in WHS matters. The Successful Applicant A successful WHS Coordinator should have:
Minimum of Certificate IV in WHS A demonstrated background in operational WHS Strong understanding of WHS legislation and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
