WHS Consultant - Perth Office
About Us:Marsh Advisory, part of Marsh McLennan, is a leading global group of Insurance Brokers and Risk Management Consultants. We provide tailored solutions through our expertise and extensive reach.
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced WHS professional to join our Perth team. In this role, you will deliver a range of WHS solutions to clients, with opportunities for travel across Australia. You will define and implement Work Health and Safety programs, effectively communicating strategies and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Scope and provide bespoke WHS services including audits, risk assessments, and training.
Lead projects within budget and timelines, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
Build and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities.
Promote the Strategic Risk Consulting brand.
Engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

Tertiary degree in Health, Safety, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a Health and Safety role.
Understanding of risk management principles.
Consulting experience is a plus.
Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and OHS auditor accreditation are desirable.
Current driver's license and willingness to travel.

Ideal Candidate:

Solutions-focused with strong project delivery skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
