Are you an experienced Travel Consultant that can bring lots of knowledge and experience to wholesale? Your new challenge may be right here! Infinity Holidays is seeking its next Wholesale Travel Consultant to join our team.
About the Opportunity As an Infinity Holidays Wholesale Travel Consultant, you are required to be an expert in product and sales to our top-selling destinations. You will work with external agents to deliver the needs of customers travelling, make suggestions and create bookings. You will be expected to convert all forms of enquiries on a daily basis. This includes inbound call handling, outbound calls to agents and inbound Salesforce email enquiries.
This varied and enjoyable role will involve liaising with a diverse array of Australia's retail travel agency brands (excluding all internal Flight Centre Travel Group brands) and assisting them plan all aspects of their client's trips, including flights, accommodation, tours and activities, transfers, etc, with the aim of generating business for the organisation.

What you will be doing: Ensure enquiries are actioned within strict deadlines Quoting, booking, invoicing Air and Land packages Meet and exceed agent expectations as the travel expert Resolve agent issues in a satisfactory manner to all parties concerned Share product knowledge and information on fares / destinations Attend all conferences, team meetings and training sessions What you will need: Minimum 12 months Retail / Wholesale travel industry experience is essential Proven track record of achieving sales targets CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) TravelBox / HELiO experience will be well regarded Exceptional customer service and product knowledge Hotel reservations experience is desirable What you'll enjoy: ?Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry -Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certifiedGreat Place To Work Australia New Zealand
